1. General information:
Catherine Bradley Photography will provide services to the Clients(s), providing the Clients(s) have assessed all the risks that may occur.

2. Photography on the Day:
a. The day will be Photographed on a combination of Digital SLR cameras.
b. Any variations in the times, dates, or to the planned event that may impact on the booking
form should be communicated to Catherine Bradley Photography as soon as possible.
c. Catherine Bradley Photography will abide by all rules of the event venue and/or directions of facility staff and the event coordinator in regard to camera set-up and will not be held responsible for
absence of certain shots due to such rules and/or directions, or due to interference by event
guests or other vendors.
d. It is the responsibility of the Client(s) to obtain all permissions for Photography from the venue,
e. Coverage will be as the camera operatives’s professional expertise determines and no one
scene will be determined more important than another. While every effort will be made to get
the best position for the Photographer at the event, this may not always be possible if
restrictions are imposed upon us on the day. Catherine Bradley Photography cannot guarantee
coverage of any particular individual or group during the day.
f. We use well maintained equipment, however we will not be liable for any
battery failures, equipment failure and or material defects, which are
beyond our control. In the unlikely event of a total equipment failure our liabilities are limited to a
refund of all monies paid by the Client(s).
g. Every effort is made to ensure perfect colour and lighting reproduction, but certain
conditions may not be accurate such as mixed indoor and external lighting, hard shadows, and
low lighting conditions. With these factors beyond our control, we will endeavour to produce
the best image possible. In the case that a particular segment of the event is either not
Photographed/ partially , or not a part of the final edit, it is at the sole discretion of
Catherine Bradley Photography. If something occurred at the wedding that the ‘Client’ does not want
to appear in the Photographs, the ‘Client’ must instruct Catherine Bradley Photography in writing before post production begins.
h. Catherine Bradley Photography is a Photography team consisting of numerous camera operatives.
Unless otherwise instructed we usually complete each wedding with just one Photographer.
i. The Client(s) must provide a safe working environment and is responsible for any damage to
our equipment by their guests and will be liable to pay such expenses for replacement or
repairs. In restrictive conditions such as rain, extreme temperatures and humidity, adequate
shelter must be provided.
j. Although it is acknowledged that there maybe a professional Videographer present, the
Client(s) undertake and agree that there is no other professional Photographer during
the ‘agreement’ hours.
k. Should the Client(s) be booking Catherine Bradley Photography, it remains the Intellectual
Property of Catherine Bradley Photography and therefore can only be edited by the Client(s)
themselves but not by a third party.

3. Food:
If Photography hours are greater than 5 hours, the Client(s) must provide a hot meal to all camera
operatives. It is very important that this be served at the same time as any other food is served
to guests. Vendor meals provided at any other time i.e at the end of guest service may affect
what Photography we are able available to capture.

4. The Edit & Professional Standards:
a.Catherine Bradley Photography will endeavour to capture any special requests made
within the booking form, but such requests are not binding instructions. Artistic interpretation
cannot be guaranteed but every attempt will be made to comply with the Clients(s) wishes.
b. Catherine Bradley Photography will not be held responsible for scenes not included due to
inclement weather or other conditions outside of Catherine Bradley Photography’s control.
c. Catherine Bradley Photography will always consider the requirements and desires of Client(s) in
terms of Photos captured, editing, and style, but reserve the right to use their professional
judgement in any circumstance.
d. Any final editing decisions are of the sole discretion of Catherine Bradley Photography.
e. When the edit is finished it will be sent via a USB to the the Client(s) so it can be
shared (and downloaded) online. If an Album has been included, this needs to be ordered within one year of the
Wedding, as price increases will be further chargeable to the Client(s).
f. If a Customer(s) submits any media to Catherine Bradley Photography for inclusion in the ‘Taster’ Slideshow,
Copyright clearance is the responsibility of the Client(s).
g. Completion is usually within 8-10 weeks from the date of the event (not including any
bank holidays). This may be longer during peak season.

5. Music:
a. Catherine Bradley Photography will select the music for the ‘Taster’ Slideshow, unless otherwise instructed by the Client(s)
b. If the Client(s) wishes to choose the music for the ‘Taster’ Slideshow, then any music tracks requiring clearance can not be shared on the internet, other than on your private page. If you download Slideshows the music is not cleared for sharing onto social media.

6. Acceptance of Goods:
The Client(s) shall within seven days from the delivery of goods give written notice to the
Company of any respect in which it is alleged that the Goods do not comply with the Booking
Form. Subject to any such notice, the goods will be deemed to comply with the Booking Form
in all respects.

7. Insurance:
a. Catherine Bradley Photography has public liability insurance.
b. Catherine Bradley Photography assumes no responsibility if there is a technical failure of
equipment or supplies at any time, (see 2.j) In the event of total loss any payment made by the
Client(s) will be refunded as full and final settlement.

8. Publicity/Marketing:
a. Catherine Bradley Photography retains all/any Copyright of the Photography which is the
intellectual property of Catherine Bradley Photography and the Client(s) grant their permission for
Catherine Bradley Photography to use footage for the purpose of but not limited to promotion and
marketing.
b. As owner of Copyright, Catherine Bradley Photography is also entitled to use the finished Photographs on the Catherine Bradley Photography social media platforms, as well as offer the use of the Photographs to the related venues and suppliers for their promotional purposes.

9. Intellectual Property:
a. All raw files and edited Photographs are the Intellectual Property
of Catherine Bradley Photography. No changes can be made to the finished Photographs, nor can any elements of the Photographs be duplicated or used in an other promotion, advertisement.
b. It is not possible to keep Photography Files from every wedding indefinitely. Catherine Bradley Photography will keep all the edited files of each wedding in archives for one year. It is the sole
responsibly of The Client to download their Photographs from the USB provided.

10. Booking and payment:
a. A booking fee of 30%is required upon return of this booking form (non refundable subject to
Paragraph 10.c). Completion of this form alone will not secure your booking and the date may
be booked by other parties.
b. A date may only be considered reserved once a completed booking form has been received
and funds are cleared. Until that point dates cannot be guaranteed. If a date is no longer
available any deposit received will be returned to the sender with no further liability on either
party.
c. The full balance is payable at least 30 days prior to the date of your wedding. In cases where
a booking has been made within the 30 day period, the full (non refundable) balance is
payable. Failure to pay the final balance within this period will cancel your booking and the
full price agreed will become chargeable.

11. Traveling Expenses:
All packages include travel expenses up to 50 miles from SY2. For distances
greater than this we reserve the right to charge a fee for any further motoring or rail expenses.
The rate for mileage payable is 40p/per mile.

12. Accommodation:
For commissions beyond 75 miles of our studio (SY2) accommodation must be provided by
the client for the night prior to the wedding and possibly the night of the wedding.

13. Albums
If Albums have been included in the initial package ordering will be required within a year of the Wedding Date.
If this is exceeded, additional funds may be charged due to product price increase.

14. Cancellations:
a. Weddings sometimes need to be cancelled. We strongly recommend that all couples take
out comprehensive wedding insurance to protect themselves from costs if they need to cancel.
b. The Clients(s) may cancel this booking at any time by giving written notice to Catherine Bradley
Photography. Weddings that are postponed to a later date will retain the fee as long as the photographer can reschedule for the new date and time.
d. Cancellation charges are as follows;
1. More than ninety days prior to the date = deposit only.
2. Ninety days to sixty days prior to the date = deposit plus half the remaining cost.
3. Less than sixty days prior to the date = full amount.

15.Force Majeure:
Catherine Bradley Photography reserves the right under extenuating circumstance to sub-contract all or part of services provided in this agreement.

16.
Catherine Bradley Photography reserves the right under extenuating circumstances, including pandemic’s such as covid-19 if contracted, to offer to sub-contract all or part of services provided in this agreement or a refund of the remaining balance.

Here at Catherine Bradley Photography we are GDPR compliant. By submitting this form you acknowledge and provide your consent to our storage and use of your personal data only for use in the normal day-to-day operations of administering your enquiry. Your data may be held for up to 7 years dependant on how far our adventure goes with you. We will remove all data upon request as required by GDPR. Catherine Bradley Photography are fully GDPR compliant and as such when you submit your enquiry/booking to us you acknowledge and provide your consent to our storage and use of your personal data only for use to administer your enquiry. Your data may be held for up to 3 years. We will remove all data upon request as required by GDPR.
